Sterling separates source material, proposed interpretations and reviewed knowledge. The public wiki, Telegram answers and future reports read through one versioned interface.

From source to answer

1. Discover and acquire. Use an approved official API or feed and retain permitted evidence.
2. Parse and propose. Preserve provision identities, dates and amendment relationships. A new acquisition remains proposed.
3. Review and publish. Compare controlling law with labelled guidance before a material assertion becomes trusted.
4. Retrieve by applicability. Filter jurisdiction, circumstances and date before ranking.
5. Show the evidence. Return the knowledge version, assumptions, gaps and exact sources.
